• AI-generated website creation from natural language prompts
• Website editing and regeneration capabilities
• Logo and custom image uploads
• Gallery management and version control
• Token-based usage limits

5. Usage Limits and Token System

5.1 Token Allocation

Each user is allocated a specific number of tokens for AI operations. Token consumption varies by operation:

• Website generation: Consumes tokens based on complexity
• Website editing: Consumes tokens for AI-powered modifications
• Website regeneration: Consumes tokens similar to generation
• Inline editing: Free (no token consumption)

5.2 Token Limits

Once you reach your token limit, you cannot perform additional AI operations until your tokens are replenished or upgraded. Administrator accounts have unlimited tokens.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use AI Sites to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

6.2 Content Guidelines

Generated websites must comply with our content policies. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

• Prompts and descriptions you provide
• Logos and images you upload
• Generated websites and content

By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing our service, improving our AI models, and displaying featured content in our public showcase.

7.2 Our Platform

AI Sites, including our code, design, branding, and proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7.3 Third-Party Content

Images from third-party stock photo services are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with these licenses when using generated websites.

8. Public Showcase

Websites marked as "featured" by administrators may be displayed in our public showcase. Featured sites are visible to all visitors, including those without accounts. Only administrators can designate sites as featured, typically showcasing exemplary or educational examples.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of AI Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties
